Insurance Certificates

Producing agents are responsible for issuing and servicing all certificates of insurance in accordance with the policy as issued and endorsed.

We are NOT responsible for processing certificates of insurance.

Do not send us certificates. We do not review them. Do not send a certificate as an endoresement request. It is not an endorsement request. Coverages may not be listed on a certificate until a written endorsement request is received, approved by the insurance company and endorsed onto the policy.

You may monitor U. S. Premium Financing transactions (including Notice of Intent to cancel) online per instructions sent to you when the account was set up. As a reminder we sent you these instructions: Go to www.uspremiumfinance.com and use the account # and Client's mailing address zip code to set up USER ID and Passwords. You may then share those with the Client.
